Important things to know about your stay at Hotel Saint George are outlined below. Please contact us at any time with additional questions or for clarification.
Cancellations should be made at least five (5) days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or changes made less than 5 days prior to arrival will forfeit the first night’s deposit. To cancel your reservation, contact Guest Services at 432.729.3700 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Guests must be 21 or over with photo identification and a valid credit card to reserve or check into a room.
Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and not guaranteed.
Credit and debit cards presented with photo identification will be presented upon check-in for the amount of your stay and incidentals will be authorized. The authorization will hold until check-out, at which time the actual amount incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take 7 to 10 days following departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for resulting fees or charges.
Hotel Saint George requires a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking and check-in. Guests may settle their final bill with cash upon departure. Hotel Saint George does not accept checks.
Rates for all rooms and suites accommodate two adult guests. A third guest may stay for an additional $15.00 fee, which includes a rollaway bed upon request and pending availability.
All rooms and public spaces at Hotel Saint George are 100% smoke-free. Guests will be assessed for all damages if they choose to smoke in their room. The basic cleaning fee for in-room smoking is $250.00 USD for each day of your stay.
To maintain a quiet and sleep-conducive environment, hotel guests will be issued a warning in the event of complaints from other guests or from Hotel Saint George staff. If there is a second noise complaint, everyone but registered guests will be required to vacate the room or suite. In the event of a third complaint, the registered guest(s) will be required to vacate the hotel with no refund. Management reserves the right to accommodate guests whose experiences have been compromised at the expense of a guest who has repeatedly violated the noise policy.
We accept up to two pets per room – dogs must be under 80 pounds. Hotel Saint George does not require a pet deposit but does charge a $30 per pet fee per night’s stay, and additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if necessary. Please be aware that your room or suite will not be cleaned or serviced while pets are in the room. Pets must be accompanied by their owner in public areas at all times and must be in kennels or crates if unattended in a guest room. Pets are also subject to our noise policy.
