As we prepare to welcome travelers back to Hotel Saint George on May 15, we understand that now more than ever our guests seek assurance and answers as to the precautionary measures we are taking to prioritize the safety and comfort of our accommodations.
As long as COVID-19 continues to be a fact of our lives together, we will adapt and adhere to best practices with your health and our team’s health as our foremost objective. What will never change: our commitment to warm welcomes, gracious service, and respite and relaxation in our guest rooms and public spaces.
While you are here, we are here for you – whether you’re seeking recommendations for hikes and scenic drives, or help acquiring face masks or other protective amenities.
There’s nothing we look forward to more than the day when your time away from home is carefree again. For now, we are committed to the following:
AT HOTEL SAINT GEORGE
All members of our team will be outfitted with face masks and other personal protective equipment as appropriate for their individual functions while on the property.
Access to the pool, fitness center, lobby, and guest rooms is exclusive to registered guests at this time.
In order to minimize contact between individuals, housekeeping services are by request only during an active stay. Guests may not be present in rooms while requested services are provided.
Rooms are vacated for a minimum of 48 hours between bookings to assist with thorough disinfection of the space.
All common areas and public spaces are being diligently and frequently treated with additional disinfectant and sanitizing measures.
Hand sanitizer and face masks are available for your use upon request.
At this time, our guests may partake of complimentary breakfast pastries, brewed coffee, and tea in Bar Saint George, which will be open for beverage service only from 7 AM until 10 PM daily. The kitchen and bar at The Pool will be open from 11 AM until 9 PM daily. Guests may dine there or take food to go; we are also glad to offer delivery service from The Pool to the hotel bar or lobby or to guest rooms.
WE ASK OF OUR GUESTS
All of our team members are receiving ongoing training on enhanced operating protocols, and are adhering to industry-recommended measures behind the scenes that include frequent personal sanitization and social distancing.
We kindly request in turn that guests wear face coverings and respect social distance when in community spaces of the hotel, including in our lobby, pool area, and in the hallways of guest floors.
